Oregon Coast Aquatic and Marine Science Partnership

June 20-24, 2011 Summer Workshop

OCAMP teachers spent the week learning about applications of their year-long content to instruction, and gaining experience using Vernier Probeware and Project Wild Aquatic. In addition, teachers focused on engineering design with a particular stress on marine engineering through wave energy and ROV building. A "make and take" afternoon gave them the opportunity to build tools they can bring back to the classroom and use with their students in the upcoming year.
